How will anyone find you when you’ve been eaten?
Scarce, to be released on DVD this week,depicts the gruesome fate of three lost snowboarders trapped at an isolated forest cabin owned by two menacing locals who harvest human flesh. As the day of the slaughter nears, they attempt to escape barefoot through the frozen wilderness.

Jonny Quest
The story is well known. A young adventurer, Jonny Quest, joins his scientist father along with his brother, Hadji, and his pet bulldog, Bandit, in extraordinary escapades around the world. It’s been reported that Lin Pictures (Terminator Salvation , The Box ) is in pre-production to shoot a live-action feature based on the animated Hanna-Barbera series.
Andy Fickman (Anaconda , I Walked with a Zombie) has been tabbed as director. Zac Ephron will be Jonny and “The Rock” Dwayne Johnson will star as Race Bannon.

GoreMaster caught up with animatronics and mechanical designer Scott Oshita for an in depth interview about his work in the special effects industry. Over the course of Mr. Oshita’s impressive 20 year career his list of film credits include Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday (1993), Species (1995), Mimic (1997), Godzilla (1998), Stuart Little (1999), Meet the Spartans (2008), Chronicles of Nardia: Prince Caspian (2008) and Bedtime Stories (2008) just to name a few!
